Ordered two Vanilla chai latte, one was a little bit more than half full and the other was less than half cup. They were mostly... foam. When I asked the gentleman to check my drinks cause they were way to low and they were mostly foam, he replied to me- Iwill take from this cup cause it has more and put it into this one! All I said was "are you being serious"? He did not answerand did it anyways. The sad part is that the MOD was there and all she did was laugh I am not the type that will argue but noway I will come back to this place anymore. Extremely disappointed with this store? half the time I order from them, including this morning, they can?t follow a simple... order from the app submitted. Normally I would chalk it up to an error on the computer?s part, but you can clearly see on thereceipt attached to the bag that we wanted sausage on our sandwiches, and was given bacon. This is not a one time thing. Weorder here two to three times a week and half the time the order is wrong like this. We willl be taking our business to anotherDunkin?. Do better. Read more
The manager is awfully unprofessional. She gave an extreme amount of attitude when she didn?t know what was on her menu and told... us we were doing too much when we corrected her. She made sure to give extra attitude after that. Also I had an interview there,the manager is the one that interviewed me. Very unprofessional questions. Told me she ?didn?t understand what a better workopportunity meant? dismissed me and never called me back. Very strong assumption she is racist and i have my observations toprove that. Absolutely horrible customer service, constantly told items that are on the menu "have been discontinued" . Some workers are... polite but it's few and far in-between. Orders are hardly ever correct. Only one by me so I don't really have other places togo. Read more
This place is busy! Heavy traffic flow. Surprised how they only have a couple of workers at a time. But these workers work hard!... Regina is very friendly and warming. A major asset to this Dunkin Donuts. More places need a Regina working there! Very friendlyand the place is very clean! Read more
Ordered egg and cheese croissant and they make it with bacon. when questioned they say dont make us feel bad, if you want we... will make a sandwich or else leave. This place is nice enough and the employees are helpful, but there's a clear difference between this location and others in the... area. Recently my orders are always wrong in some way, and even more recently, I tried to ask as politely as possible for adrink to be remade, and the employee was helpful, but the drink was exactly the same, and I also got a different donut thanordered ???? Busy, quick food and coffee on the go. Food is either piping hot and fresh or still frozen/stale. Reliable service.
