I really suggest you go to a different Dunkin donuts. I've had numerous problems at this Dunkin' Donuts including missing food,... burnt food, wrong items, cold food,ect... I even went as far as to email corporate and the district manager responded and wouldnot do anything whatsoever. If you have a problem with your order which more than half the time you will ,don't expect them todo anything to compensate you for the complications or mistakes. Read more
The worst Dunkin in Schenectady, possibly NY State. Severely undertrained staff almost to the point of cluelessness. I ordered 3... drinks and waited about 20 minutes, watching the staff of 5 or more scrambling around looking confused, like they were waitingfor instruction from someone. The girl eventually brought my drinks to the window, they were all black with no creamer. Iclearly stated 4 cream, 5 sugar with cold foam and she even confirmed at the menu board. I asked why are they black and shestood there looking dumbfounded. I then said its ok I will go elsewhere to get my drinks. How can a staff of 5-7 people notknow how to take a simple order? I ended up going to the Dunkin on freemans bridge, where there is only one lady working, andshe had my coffees ready in 3 minutes to my exact specifications. Read more
Horrible service.. Got my order wrong, requested payment, while handing Marisa the card I tried to tell her there?s more stuff,... rudely she replied ? I just have two hands!!? She charged the card and then realized my effort to let her know I ordered morestuff she wanted to charge the card again. Plus she messed up the original order. I respectfully request to cancel the entireorder as she was getting more and more nasty towards me. Will not be going back there. Read more

Because the employee did not feel like making a latte we were told the latte machine was broken or was being cleaned (2 hours... before closing time). This is unfortunately not the first time we have been lied to at this location. There is no way the lattemachine can be broken multiple times a week when it was working earlier the same day. I recommend taking your business elsewhereor go to Starbucks if you actually want to be served. Read more
