This location is garbage. First they handed us the wrong order while at the drive thru. After digging through it while the 2... overpaid kids watch me dig through the bag they opened the window, asked for the bag back and handed us another bag. We watchedthe kids had the bag I went digging through to the people behind us. What we ordered was an 8 piece nugget, chicken Jr, 1largeonion ring and a ghost pepper meal with a large onion ring. Upon opening the bag the nuggets were not in there so I went in toget them. No big deal. When home taking the food out of the bag the chicken sandwich was laying on the bottom of the bag out ofit's wrapper. One of the onion rings was a big ball of dough with just a few edible rings in it. The ghost pepper whopper wasmissing the fried peppers! That's the whole point of the sandwich. Where was the sauce? Always a good deal at the home of the whopper. Was in the mood for comfort food and fast, so ended up in Rotterdam. I was Leary... because of the line. Job well done by the crew. They have great communication as a team and got everything out fresh andcorrectly. Read more

It's a Burger King so you know what you're getting. Drive thru wait times are excessive. Watched 2 vehicles get tired of... waiting and drive off, worked for me, though, as I moved closer to the head of the line, lol. I'm assuming the wait time resultsfrom the shortage of service industry workers, just the way things are these days. Read more

If I also could give this location a zero star I would after today's interaction . I waited in the drive thru line for almost 20... mins , then I ordered 2 meals and the guy taking the orders said 25.00 . After finally getting to the window I asked how itcould be that amount when it didn't show how any of what I ordered on the menu could be that much total . The man began to getnasty and say a totally different amount for the itemsi ordered and then said well you know there is taxes in the state of newYork . Im not sorry I said what I said to him.
