Continuing my mission on finding great cold brew I ran to Buds On Jay and I'll easily be going back for a good cold brew fix... when needed! I also had the Vegan Breakfast Burrito with Seitan and it has me excited to check out the rest of their menu. Thelocation is very convenient and the service was quick & friendly. A great place for a bite to eat and a nice coffee. I enjoy sitting by the window on a rainy day while eating my breakfast... sandwich, drinking coffee, listening to music, and reading a book.
