Broth is hit or miss. This time good. Very delicate on the spices. But once the broth was no more than beef broth and darkened... and flavored with soy sauce. Could give a little more of a portion on the add ins. Salt % Pepper Calamari, really crispycoating and so tender Calamari on inside. Nice spice too. Clean place. And sometimes the servers and and what I would believeto be owners are a little cold and not friendly. Read more
The best Pho I have ever had by far!!!
It's a good place for Pho on a cold day. The portion for delivery was great. It comes with your toppings of mint, lime, sprouts,... sauce and your selection of meat. I wish their broth had the thicker pho flavor but definitely hits the spot when Im craving Pho Read more
Excellent Vietnamese restaurant, with some Chinese-style dishes on the menu as well. Beef pho was prepared well, and is a very... large bowl. Onion scallion pork belly was very flavorful, the charred pork was crispy and delicious. Also enough for 2 peopleto eat. BBQ porks were decent as well. Delicious non-fatty broth in their Pho. Each delightful soup brings an explosion of flavor. Scallion pancakes remind me of my... father?s recipe. The N04, the Wonton Soup with Egg Noodles is great on a cold, cold, Illinois day. Come, sit, relax with a hotbowl of Pho, and ponder life. Read more
Service is good. Shrimp roll is ok and it could be better to dip with fish sauce but not the sweet sauce. The raw beef noodle... is alright and portion is good enough. However the curry chicken was terrible. No matter the quality of chicken meat or tasteof the curry, it was much much below my expectation. The curry feel like water and tasteless. Even though it is on lunch specialsection, i expect it could be better in taste. You could have a try on noodles but not the curry. I believe this is my first andlast time to visit here. Read more
Small, unassuming place with a friendly staff. I decided to go with the House Special. When I first got the dish, I thought it... was going to be bland. Fortunately, I was very wrong. It was delicious! All the ingredients went quite well together. It wasspicy, yet smooth. The broth was flavorful without being overpowering. And the taste of the various meats added a welcomingbalance to the lime. It was a delicious meal and not expensive at all. I would recommend this place. Read more
It is affordable Vietnamese and Asian food. People can see menu outside on the glass wall and wait for service inside.
