This location is usually my go to spot. But I will not be ordering again. Last night I order 2 small pizza and 3 cans of... pop. Totally was $43.00 I asked if they could leave the food on the door step and PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL. The person said yesthat would be fine. This was a Friday night and they said it would be 50 mins to an hour. After 1 hr and 15 mins I checkedoutside. Yep pizza was sitting there and ice cold. I looked at the receipt and the directions where correct along with leavepizzas and ring bell. I looked back at my security video and the doorbell or even a knock on the door was not touched. Icalled the store to let them know and the manager said there will be a 15 dollar credit on my account. This is so unacceptable. You have lost a weekly customer I should have to microwave my pizzas. It was raining and snowing so I didn't feel like going out. Decided to settle for delivery pizza. Definitely not what I was... anticipating.
