This was absolutely an awful experience! I was hosting a women's retreat at the Hampton Inn that's located across the street... from the restaurant. I'd placed a lunch order for delivery the night before that was successfully confirmed using my creditcard. The afternoon of the Retreat, I got a call from the restaurant in the middle of the speaker presentation where I was tofollow shortly stating that Doordash had cancelled my order and if I wanted the order I had to come and pick it up. I was livid!Well, I did not place my order via Doordash; I placed it directly with the store. When I corrected the employee, she then cameclean and stated that they did not have a driver so they transferred my order to Doordash, who subsequently cancelled theorder. Needless to say, I had no choice, I had to leave the meeting to pick up the order. When I got in my car, the managercalled to reiterate that my order had been cancelled, but now it was because my card had been declined. At that very moment, Ireceived a cancel notice from the store stating that fact. I knew it was a lie! The order went through fine the night before.Likely, he didn't know that the employee had told me what the deal was. When I get there, he shows me the Doordash cancellation.I reiterate that I did not place my order with Doordash. He then confesses to transferring the order. It's now a farce! I paidfor the order with the same card I'd used online...go figure! On top of all of this, a sandwich was missing from the order. Great sandwiches and shakes. Inside of the restaurant is a lot larger than it looked from the outside. Outdoor seating is... limited. Haven't used the drive thru at all but it seemed like cars were getting in and out fast. Pickup through the app ispretty easy but I did have to wait a little longer than I expected. Definitely did not mind since potbelly is my favoritesandwich chain in the area. Only issue is the parking lot sucks to navigate and people tend to drive like idiots, which isn'tsomething the restaurant can control. Read more

The staff is super friendly. The sandwiches are consistently great. No complaints, Ill be returning when I'm in the area.

It?s nice that this location has a drive thru. Sandwiches were made quickly and accurately. They just have to send someone out... to the lobby during the high volume times. Tables were a mess and garbages were overflowing. Overall, a good experience. Read more
Clean sandwich shop. Spacious, yet a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Four nice young men doing all the work of counter-serve,... drive through, baking cookies, sanitizing equipment and sweeping floors/cleaning tables. They worked great as a team, withoutgetting frazzled. We like to get the pair two option with the Avo Turkey sandwich and vegetable soup. It is our favorite anddelicious! We like this shop better than other Potbelly locations. Keep up the great work and we'll see you soon! Read more
