Friendly staff, food was served hot and delicious but the lobby was pretty trashed. The drink dispenser, the lobby floor, tables... where dirty. For being a Bear Family McDonald?s I was a little shocked. But then again the food was awesome and the staff wasvery polite. And that?s what really matters. I would differently go back again. They probably where extremely busy and shortstaffed before I came in for a late dinner. Read more

McDonald's food quality has gone down as of late. Ordered Quarter pounder meal, sandwich was not made fresh, fries were not hot... and chicken nuggets were not made fresh. I have noticed that McDonald's prepare the food in advance and kept in a warmingdrawer. Read more
Recently ownership was taken over by Bear Family Restaurants and the quality since has gone extremely downhill. Inaccurate... orders, bad quality beverages, and the most recent issue of being able to order on the app while they are closed because theychanged their hours to not include breakfast, opening starting at 11AM, leaving people in the drive thru and doors locked. fast and pretty good service. 4/5 stars due to the employees over the drive through speaker almost sounding annoyed at... customers, and somewhat rushing customers to order their food. They need to make fresh fries. Versus giving us stale cold cardboard box tasting food. Gross And their chicken nuggets I could... barely bite into. How OLD are these!? Someway somehow they forgot about lane 2. Lane 1 moving one car after another and minutes later lane 2 opens. The mcmuffins... colder etc. No orange juice going on weeks also. My first time here and last. My wife stops every other day or chic filet nextdoor. Normally no issues she said just no juice. Read more
