Absolutely disappointed. Worst customer service I have EVER received. The rude and unprofessional individuals working at the... time of my visit put a permanent stain on this location. Employees were literally standing around socializing and completelyignoring all customers. I cannot believe management has let it get so bad. Blatant lack of care and respect for the businessthey work for. I will never be returning to this location. There needs to be a serious overhaul of all employee training, orterminate this location. Order 2 kids meals in the window (1 with fries 1 with mashed and lemonades) girl takes the order . Pull up and make asks me what... I had, I said 2 kids meals and he?s like with fires and milk? I?m like it was mashed and fries with lemonade but Let?s make itfries that?s fine. He then types the order in and says it?ll be 5 min for the popcorn so pull up to the front. He asked if Iwanted sauce I se she?s, bbq and ketchup. I wait 11 minutes until somebody finally comes out (girl) she gives me the meals withboth mashed and no drinks. I came to this location thinking it would be better than the one in Hoffman and it?s not at all. It?s the equally the same if... not worse. The young lady at the window was rude and passive aggressive and smirking when I asked NICELY for a couple of itemsand she closed the window on me while I was talking.
