Service was good, food took a little longer than expected but when it did come out it was delicious and everything was cooked... perfectly. I was made to place order online by the person answering phone and it took me couple minutes to do so and it took me 9 min to... arrive at restaurant. The lady told me that they were to busy to take order but if you can see pictures they only have 3customers. What a joke this is why I gave them 1 star for liars.. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I've gone to this IHOP for a while but it keeps getting gradually worse when I go. I went with my partner... today and our waitress/server was so off, she kept slamming our plates on our table, avoided any kind of eye contact. Overall,she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Mono-tone attitude. She kept talking to other workers about how she "only got a 7$tip" from another guest. We were completely thrown off with her loud commentary and decided she wouldn't be receiving anythingfrom us either. The food was mediocre, I'm sorry. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As you can see in the picture; there were more than enough tables for guests.... However, the servers seem to not want to work. Oh - there's probably 7-9 servers. Tables are dirty, partitions for covid aredirty. People kept coming in and leaving complaining that they couldn't believe there was a wait when there's so many tablesopen. No wonder ihop is going out of business, they're employees must no longer want a job. Read more
As you can see in the picture, restaurant is almost empty. Yet we are on a "waiting list" and we cannot sit at a table but have... been waiting in the waiting area for about 15 minutes. No explanation, no estimated wait time. Food was good prior times we werehere. We ended up asking to be seated and we were, food was good and our server, Edgar, was really nice. He deserves 5 stars.However the lack of communication from the beginning took away from the entire experience. Read more
