This negative review is for this location only. I?ve had their popcorn elsewhere and it IS super yummy. We bought a bag of the... ?favorite? which is a mix of cheddar and caramel. We opened it up just a couple hours later at home and were disappointed thatit was stale, a total waste of money. We were unable to eat it and had to throw it away. If you are getting popcorn here to eatat home, I wouldn?t get it here. Other reviewers have said the same thing but unfortunately I didn?t read the reviewsbeforehand. :( Read more
We always come to this location to grab some popcorn. Never had a problem always amazing service. Popcorn is always on point.... But today we didn?t have time to drive out to the location so we ordered through Uber Eats. I had ordered the caramel cashew ina small bag and I believe there wasn?t much left over. Instead of just refunding my order they gave us a little extra of somebutter popcorn, gave us a bag of kettle cooked and put the rest of the cashew in the mini bags. I was genuinely surprised and sohappy with the service. Jaina went above and beyond to help us out and we appreciate everything they did to make us happy! We?llalways be back for more! Read more
Would have given it 5 stars but the small mix and small cheese had small popcorn crumbs in the bags, like they scraped the... bottom. Usually and enjoyable eating experience but was not this time. Read more
Stopped at this location on my way out of town because I was craving some Garrett mix. The staff were very friendly and helpful.... However, when I went to eat some (about 6 hours later, still fully sealed from packing) I found the cheese popcorn to be stale.That was a little disappointing. Read more

So glad we have a Garrett?s Popcorn at Woodfield Mall now! It?s on the main concourse outside Macy?s just past the childrens... play area and on the other side of the elevator. Classic mix is always the best but they have other flavors with pecans and aspicy mix now. The kernels are extra large, minimal husks and no unpopped kernels! Great place to get popcorn for the moviestoo. This beats driving all the way downtown Chicago and circling the block while others go in and get it! No doubt the bestpopcorn in the USA!! Read more
I can?t believe this location is still open with the lack of cleanliness from the employees. I wasn?t greeted at all when I... walked up and the one serving popcorn was smoking her vape. When she saw me she seemed annoyed that I came up to order and i?mpretty sure she rolled her eyes at me. She didn?t even wash her hands. I cant believe the amount of disrespect to a customer. Ididn?t catch a name but she was thin with facial piercings (which she also probably shouldn?t have) the popcorn didn?t even seemthat fresh so I will most certainly not be returning to this location!
