Breakfast burrito is fantastic, but everything else is too expensive and underwhelming.

This place is the worst. I put in my order before their "lunch break", which is not advertised anywhere except on a printed... piece of paper they put on the door. I went down when they were back from lunch, waited 15 minutes actually. I said I had a pickup order. She looked confused, then found the order, and proceeded to make it wrong, with none of the specifications Irequested. Didn't find out until I got back to my office. What a waste of time. I wish the complex put in a differentrestaurant. Read more

This is for the Cafe 52 Location... I want to start by saying I wish I could leave less than one star. This location started off... great the first week they started when the staff was being lead by someone that actually knew what they were doing. Since thecurrent staff has been left to their own devices, the quality has gone way down. I have watched the croissants and tortillas bemicrowaved leaving them to be tough and chewy. Today, I received a buffalo chicken sandwich that was still a block of ice in themiddle. Lastly, when ordering anything grilled chicken they will always give you fried chicken that looks and tastes like it wascooked a day earlier (Not crispy). I wish Jewel catering was still working this location. At least they cooked the foodfresh..... Read more

This review is for Lombard/Highland Pointe. I'm giving this a 2 star rating solely because the lead 'chef' has an attitude... problem. No doubt I think the food is solid, but man, oh man, does she have a terrible attitude. Her delivery is rude and lessthan desirable. She works hard, I know this, but she needs to work on her customer service skills. Read more

Hello Deli Times Management, I am your customer from the "RRD" Building Warrenville, I have to write this review and looking... for some improvement in your service. I had a very bad experience with the quality of serving, I requested for the "Black BeanBurger" which is pure vegetaraian item from the menu. 1)That guy was using the same gloves which was using for the NonVegiteams, you can see those touching and transfering things from my naked eyes. 2)There was same stove for NonVeg and Vegiteams. 3)He was making the veg black bean patty on the same spot where the Meat patty was just made. I can test the Meatthings. 4)He was using the same Stove top cover to make the patty, so all the steam from the NonVeg was directly going to theveg patty. This is the worst thing I can see at this corporate level food catereing. Your management needs to take some serioussteps for this things, like making some seperation for Veg & NonVeg. Read more

They had good food prior to their renovation at the end of 2014. Now, their build a sandwich (what I usually get) is absolutely... terrible. The bread is stale EVERY DAY, the cheese is discolored and looks like it's been sitting out for days. No tuna today, not sure what happened there. This store definitely went down hill. I won't be eating there any more Read more

I was in the area and decided to check this place out. As usual with corporate places where there's a large building leasing out... to different companies, there's a cafe. Don't get me wrong about the 4 stars, its really about 3.5 Like all the other cafes thisplace serves what is essentially nothing more than corporate-grade school food. There's hardly any seasoning, everything is wayoverpriced, portions are small, etc. I ordered a meatball sub which was a little over $6 and came with no sides or drink. Ichose sweet peppers instead of hot peppers. What really drives it up to about 3.5 is that they really perfect the little things, the sandwich is put in a toaster where the cheese is melted to perfection and the bread is just warmed enough so that it feelslike it just came out of the oven. As always with these, they're great every once in awhile or when you have to scarf down foodquickly before a meeting, but there's plenty of other places out there with better food and lower prices.
