The WORST customer service. I was excited to try the chocolate silk shake (which is supposed to have no dairy). When placing my... order with the girl I told her I have a dairy allergy, she acknowledge that and started making my shake. Thank goodness I waswatching her because she put whole milk in with the dairy free ice cream. When I stopped her and told her online it says it ismade with almond milk she told me that it wasn?t correct and it is made with regular milk. I reminded her again I have a dairyallergy and she absolutely did not care. When I told her I no longer wanted that and would take just a scoop of the dairy freeice cream I got nothing but attitude in return. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I called anothercold stone to confirm and they told me they use almond milk for the silk shake. If you have a dairy allergy I would stay awayfrom this location. Ordered a specialty candy apple at the chocolate factory section of this Cold Stone. Cut it open only to find that it was... completely rotten. If you are going to be charging $9 for a candy apple, you should be checking to make sure your productsaren't spoiled before giving them to customers. Extremely upset and disgusted. Went here yesterday with my family. The male employee was extremely rude towards us. After preparing my friend's ice cream he... threw the container on the counter towards her. Unaware my son place an order for a milkshake the male employee refused himservice. Then quickly walked away. My son was confused and offended. Horrible person. Will never go again. Read more
The employees that work at this location look like they?re high. I repeated my order 3 times too them. Not too mention there... presentation they have for this company! This is the same man during the day who is very stingy with the servings. I provided a photo of my love it creation. What this... server does is measures a precise, yet miniscule amount of ice cream and adds in all your fix-ins. Once it's mixed he puts it inthe cup and crushed it down so that it comes down to the rim of the cup. It was the equivalent of a like-it, but he had thenerve to still charge me for a love-it. I felt ripped off. Such a waste of money. I would have stayed to complain if I didn'thave to go to work. Read more
The worst ice cream shop I have ever seen. The staff members were so rude. When I wanted to go to eat an ice cream in this... place, every time amount of ice cream has been changing what ever I ordered. Last time I wanted to buy a medium size ice creamand I ordered.
