The only reason for a three is their prices! Sky high but what do you expect on Michigan avenue. The employees were beyond kind... and friendly. Their establishment was spotless and their bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a restaurant. They knowthey can lower their prices tho. Read more

I visited the restaurant drive-thru recently. I started to place my order with (Julissa) and she attempted to ask me what I... would like to order. As I was ordering she kept rushing me and was being very short in placing my order. She was talking over meand being extremely rude and asking what else I wanted and if I wanted anything else! I told her could she let me finish placingmy order and I just drove around. After being in line for another 20 minutes because this is the normal at this location, I hadfinally reached the pick up window where I came across another rude employee. He was about a few steps away from the window andstarted asking me what was my order. I told him I'd like to speak to the manager. After waiting another couple of minutes, themanager Andres finally approached the window. He already had a face of being annoyed and just stood there until I finally askedif he was the manager. No eye contact, just rude. I told him what had happened and that it needed to be addressed. He then juststood there after I told him what happened, and said I will have a talk with her and make sure it doesn't happen again. The onlything is, this has happened before, SEVERAL TIMES! I was just to fed up I had to say something this time. He gave me her namebut honestly I don't even know if that was her real name as he paused for a minute before he gave it to me. I am verydisappointed in the way I was treated here especially since I come here a lot. I think this is the last time I will be going tothis specific location. Read more
