Wanted to pick up family meal at Schaumburg IL location where we've been going for many yrs. For meals besides Thanksgiving.... Website said they're open till 6 p.m., we went at 3:30 a man who has a terrible attitude came outside, closed the door behindhim and crossed his arms, i said are you open? No, we had "equipment failure earlier and our permit is suspended???!!! I couldsee boxes upon boxes of meals on the tables, apparently they were only for preorders.
