Lately the pretzel dogs look dry and a bit overcooked. No huge issues otherwise, but they need to bring back the raisin pretzels... with the icing! Wish the entire company should've never gotten rid of it. Lol Read more
I?m a Perks member and today I had an issue with a coupon on the app at the 3rd floor location near Sephora. I felt bad for... holding up the line but the customer service I received from the assistant manager and his team was great. I didn?t catch hisname, but he was young and Caucasian. This is my favorite place to stop for a snack while I'm shopping at Woodfield. I've been coming here for pretzels for years, and... now even my kids get excited to stop for a pretzel when we go to the mall. Their regular pretzels with the cheese dip are SOgood, and the cinnamon sugar pretzels are delicious as well! (I love to get strawberry cream cheese to dip them in.) I do wishthey were less greasy, but they're still absolutely delicious and a great treat once in a while! Read more
