Love this Starbucks. It was So clean and the staff was very friendly and they didn?t even spell my name wrong lol that happens... at so many other Starbucks. Awful place. I said "hello" but no one answered to me. I was waiting to get some sandwiches but they were busy, the guy making... coffee and the lady washing a few jars. I tried and again and spoke to the lady but she ignored me, i do not understand why idthere was only one customer inside. I decided to go to Chipotle. I work in the neighborhood & frequent this location, there is never enough staff at any given time of day. 8am and they have... only 2 people working every single day! The two employees move with no sense of urgency & are not pleasant to say the least. Iorder the same 2 drinks and the price seems to vary based on whos at the register which is even more annoying!! My most recentvisit I stood & waited 10 mins while everyone received their drink besides me, when I asked about it the cashier told me thename tag machine was broken, how does that explain everyone walking in & getting a drink while I'm still standing here waiting?I asked for a refund & will not visit this Starbucks again, neither will my 12 coworkers.
