The energy here is always so chaotic?staff doesn?t work together. There?ll be one person taking orders, making the coffee and... then making the sandwich. Forever slow regardless of time of day. Staff has an attitude 95% of the time. It will literally be a15 minute wait for a simple breakfast sandwich. Very bad experience. Today we ordered one sausage on home style biscuit where i was served with two sausages which was charged... to me without my knowledge. This happened before as well . Every time we order something Either they dont give the full changeback else they just add something .. are they running thr own scam . And yes ! No customer service? ! No way of talking ! Read more

Absolutely the worst service at this location. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the 3 employees ignored me and... talked to each other. I finally had to ask if anyone was going to serve me. When I finally asked for my meal the employee justwalked away and didn't even wring it in. I just left. Never again. Read more
The automatic doors open and getting in is pretty good, on My mobility scooter- it's the existing that is more... complicated/difficult. Both the Large Chili & steeped tea were perfect. Will definitely be back to this location. Read more
Aboslutely the worst Tim Hortons. Guaranteed 15 minute wait regardless how busy it is. Staff move at a snails pace and have no... concern for customers time. Staff will constantly ignore you and walk by. Staff hide in the back when it's busy.
