Was served uncooked sausage instead of changing it they said its on a timer I showed them that its still pink inside they said... the same thing that its on a timer. Ended up getting the manager he was rude to the employee showing him the sausage. I asked the cashier for tomato soup and the staff very rudely told me ?we don?t have tomato soup?. I then asked what soup they... have and he told me very fast. While we were waiting for our drink and soup, we noticed how disorganized their service was. Thestaff were yelling out the drinks and leaving the drinks on the counter. I work in the mall and come here almost everyday for my coffee and the staff are so nice and patient with me and help me with... the menu when I am getting the goods for my work colleagues. All the staff are friendly and super hard working. Better than theother store in the mall they like to shout at everyone for some reason so I avoid that one!! Read more
