I'd give this location 0 stars if I could. I will be doing my best to never come to this one again. The service is awful, the... employees very rude, they are so slow. At the drive thru, you never know if they even hear your order correctly because theydon't put anything on the screen, they don't give you your order total, they constantly say "just a moment" and disappear forminutes at a time, leaving you to wonder if they've even heard your order. Then they get offended and upset when you get to thepickup window and point out they are giving you the wrong order. The staff needs retraining, the manager needs a visit and areview. DON'T GO HERE!! I?d like to think I have realistic expectations of fast food restaurants so I?m not picky about customer service or exemplary... food quality. However, I do not expect there to be DEAD WASPS in my iced coffee. I?ve been going to this location for the lastdecade due to convenience but something like this has never happened to me and I am very? Disturbed? Disgusted? This is a horrible Tim Horton's. The man in the morning who takes orders messes them up constantly. The sandwiches look like... a toddler made them. They get your coffee wrong at least 50% of the time. This location is run horribly and the staff are rudeand don't follow proper food handling protocol such as not wearing the same gloves u touch money with and then touching foodwith those gloves. Avoid this Tim Hortons ...... very bad service!!!! Read more

Try to be nicer in your customers cause it might help your sales to go up instead of being rude. Being a manager is not giving... you the right to always prove yourself to everyone bring that ego a little bit down. Have a good one. Read more

i ordered a bagel this morning and asked for it to be extra toasted and lightly buttered?my order ended up being the complete... opposite, it was almost completely raw and not toasted and it had big blobs of butter. i am quite angry because every time i goto this location they never get my order right and i constantly have to call them and all they do i say ?sorry? but they nevercan manage to fix their employees. i am extremely fed up and disgusted with this service. Horrible customer service. The staff did not even seem to acknowledge us, we went to the cash register and the employee went to... the other cash register and served 2 people behind us in line. She got our order wrong and rather than say it was a simplemistake she blamed us saying we said it wrong, and she gave us Luke warm coffee. There was a bee flying on the timbits and whentold they simply ignored it, is it edible? The management has done nothing to resolve the continuous bad reviews. The worst customer service ever. The staff are terrible and don't know customer service. Asked for a hot coffee and cold coffee.... Upon driving up to counter, they got it wrong. Asked them why both hot drinks. They blamed us although the review screen has theright order. Fat staff said we were wasting their time and product. Wow! I'm paying for my drinks so better get it right.Terrible staff, don't know forster things about customer service. Asked for refund, and they finally made the cold coffee drinkwe ordered. Check your order, the staff are shady and no nothing about customer service in Canada. Read more

I would give this Tim Hortons a ZERO star for my experience. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location.... I walked in the store for my order, a gentleman was in front of me in line. We were both waiting for a whole 5 minutes before wegot tired of waiting and said something, the whole time they never welcomed us and no one took our order. They did not even tellus to wait. We were ignored like we don't exist. In the meantime, they served everybody going through the drive through, therewere 4 cars who came after us, got their orders and left, while our line grew to 5 people in the store with no help. The oldergentleman in front of me spoke up first and he was ignored. He ended up leaving in frustration because he was not being treatednicely. There were at least 6 to 7 people on the floor, each has their own station, I did not understand why no one welcome usand took our order, they just made us wait there and did not say anything, it did not look like they care at all. It was veryunprofessional. I would not recommend them for the future. Read more
