This location is getting bad. I've been ripped off of my free coffees. Take the points and my money. Lot of times my orders are... wrong and won't know until I get to my destination. I also don't like the fact that I use one of the specials on my app and whenthey took the order it went thru as a combo using everything that I ordered and only had 1 coffee which I was to also have free.At the speaker it said 11.49, drove to the window and was charged 11.49. Did not get the coupon price nor the free coffee asthey claimed. Read more
Not sure what kind of operation these guys run. I came in for a dozen doughnuts. They didnt have sufficient!!! What kind of Tim... Hortons doesn't have a dozen doughnuts??? And it was in the afternoon, many many hours before closing time!!! They may as wellshut down this restaurant... a Tim Horton's without doughnuts in the middle of the afternoon is just not acceptable! Read more
I went in to pick up one of their plant-based Farmers Harvest Wrap. Couldn?t see it on the list so I asked at the counter. ?Yes?... they said. I asked 4 times, two different staff. They insisted ?yes, plant-based?. I paid, I took it, I left. Then I ate it. Itwas not the plant-based Farmers Harvest Wrap. It was the meat-based Farmers Wrap. So upsetting having to write this. Been here 6 times now, and 4 times my order has been done incorrectly. I asked for a hot... pumpkin spice latte, and the lady at the drive-thru said, "take it, dear, it's good ."I was getting late for work and left. Would I like some coffee with my cream? No, not really. I got a M double double here, and could barely taste the coffee. I... couldnt drink the rest after a few sips. Same goes with my bf whom ordered a steeped tea, could barely taste the tea. No pointof going back to return. This isnt the first time I got my coffee like this, i just thought it would be convenient to buy heresince its closer to where I live. The timmys at lebovic is better. Read more
First the drinks are so not good I ordered a peach qruncher and i got it like water even water tasts better also if I want to... add a shot of the syrup I have to buy a new drink.... the employees are rude and does not care. The place is so unclean andmessed up. Also the donuts are weird. Read more
I went at around 3pm , drive through is very busy , but inside is almost empty, u can sit and relax with coffee inside... store. Wash room facility is available. Staff has to be increased as they r always busy in drive through deliveries. My overallexperience was good and definitely will be visiting again . During afternoon and night time its very cam and peaceful insidestore as not much people come inside. Read more
This location is quite quirky. It?s best known for practically yelling at you when you?re ordering. Typically you?re greeted... with ?HELLO WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE?. However there are some redeeming qualities, such as there speed in service. Overall I wouldstill recommend going to this location. Read more
