i asked for a bagel with butter once and the girl barely buttered it, so i went back and asked for her to add more butter on it.... She had an attitude about that which i dont understand why. Today i went and asked for the white bun toasted with butter and thegirl literally put a block of butter on the bread and called it a day. I think she was trying to be petty about it which i donot appreciate. I will be contacting the manager and head office about this issue cause this is ridiculous. Read more
Lines up take more than 15 minutes. Food quality very in-consistent. Less pastry options. Worker's look like they don't care... about you. I asked for a chocolate creamy chill and i got a lazy made ice cappuccino chocolate creamy chill. Wrap and bagels inthe morning are made the wrong way. Bagel is dipped in butter. Wraps are laced with LOTS of sauce. I would never go again tothis location. Read more

they are charging for a spoon like seriously. if you ask for extra cane syrup the charge candy cane for nothings.
