I've been a customer of Tim Hortons for over 13 years. Been to Locations from Sarnia to Downtown Toronto and further. This... specific location has to be the **WORST** location ever !!!! Drive Thru is slow. Very very slow. So slow that you can do allyour Christmas shopping for the next 5 years online and you will still be waiting. 2nd. Customer service here stinks & I'm suremany of the employees work under the table for pay. Most can not speak English clearly, have no customer service skills at all,take forever. 3rd. I decided to go inside to see if it's quicker then the drive thru. It is not any quicker. It's also DIRTYinside. Very DIRTY. Tables are not clean. Flies flying around including bees and mosquitoes. They use the same gloves for dicedfoods. Dried foods and utensils as well as meats each order. I guess the employees have not been trained aboutcross-contamination because I'm sure if a health inspector came to see what was going on here for 30 minutes they would beclosed down. The floors are dirty with coffee stains and food particles. The warming containers are dirty and I'm sure that thetemperatures of food is not where it should be at and I'm surprised people are not getting sick. No organization skills. Honestly the worst customer service I?ve ever seen, the lady in the front is just rude, and not clean. And if you are in the... drive through make sure to take a look inside your bag before leaving otherwise something will be missing orwrong. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my place. Worst location ever! I will not be going back but the last 6 times they said the latte machine was broken. 3 separate times I... was yelled at by the person at the window not to pull up because my order wasn't ready. The drive-in needs work, a loudspeaker was blocked, there were only two cars lined up and it took forever to get to the window.... I only ordered a coffee and it was missing the sugar.
