They need more employee?s because they?re only two people working but they only care for the drive through customers. Lady was... being rude to other customers and it took so long for them to give me my food. I ordered two crème of broccoli and got 2chicken noodles instead with just the bun no utensils or butter. Do not go to this place they r quick to rip u off and then u confront them and they argue with u they get me everytime they do... not give u a receipt when asked I gave her 5 dollar bill I ordered just a medium coffee she gave me 3 dollars back I asked herfor the correct change and she said she gave me it I get receipt and it's the wrong one I been ripped from this place all thetime from 5cents to to 10 dollars there was another person inside when I confronted them and he said his wife has to go throughthis everytime also so pls check ur stuff before u leave drive thru I have receipts to prove Read more

Not a good TH. I mean, I'm sure it's fine for most things. The people who work here are super nice. But every time I come here... at least 5 times now, my dark roast tastes like it's been sitting for hours. Today it was piping hot and tasted awful. Did theymicrowave it?? Idk. I'm going to stop coming here even if I have to drive farther to a different one. Read more

I purchased Iced capps but made a mistake as the app was confusing, Danuka of store 2758, forced us to pay for the two other... Iced capp when that wasnt the ones I wanted. She said it?s already made and we need to pay for it. I have never experiencedbeing forced on items that we didnt want to get.. We wantwd to get what was on the app so we told her to scan my app. She hasreally bad customer service and very rude. I hope she gets trained how to properly address issues like this. Time: 2:01pm. First off I completely agree with everyone else?s reviews below??But I?m here today writing a review because the older women who... work their have terrible customer service skills?very miserable and rude and shouldn?t be working in this type of environment.Iam very disappointed with not only there verbal interaction with customers as well as co-workers..shouting and be-littlingothers seems to be a regular thing in this location.older women in this location needs discipline.She needs to take notes fromthe younger girls working their because they are very kind and represent Tim hortons the right way Read more
