So tired of waiting in line at this location while the drive gets all the priority 10 people standing waiting to be served... inside and nobody in sight for them but 10 people behind the counter all serving the drive-thru. Also quite tired of actuallygoing to the drive-thru in the mornings only to find out I did not get what I ordered. Is it really that difficult to take careof time to be sure there was something to ordered is what goes in the cup? Read more

Poor service. In the day time they have enough staff to handle in store and drive thru but their main focus is drive thru only.... People always standing in the line in store. The staff doesn?t care. They all are busy in gossiping or walking here and there. Iplaced mobile order and they forgot to check the mobile order. I ordered something and they gave me incomplete and improperorder. Staff is very unprofessional. I don?t know how the owner or manager is running this place. I am going to file an officialcomplaint to Tim Hortons about this store and will see if they will do any improvement!!! Read more

For you guys taking orders for drive thru is more important and for the customers standing in store in... line are not.!! 10 people working and not a single person there to take orders.. Also Tim horton?s, you talk about hygiene andwearing gloves.. no hygiene cap, no gloves. Read more

I ordered with the machine, a combo that comes with ham and cheese sandwich, soup and coffee. Paid around $13 with credit card.... The machine indicated that receipt will be given with the order. Picked up the ?sandwich? and soup, waited for a very long timefor the coffee (medium with one cream). I had to grab the attention of one of the employees and asked if my order was forgotten. Finally got everything, sat down to eat, found that the sandwich has nothing inside but an uneven layer of mustard. No ham,no cheese, no tomato etc which I painstakingly selected with the ordering machine. Took the ?sandwich? back. They showed me anorder on a piece of receipt like paper which showed the order only has bread and had the paid amount of $7.xx. The paper has myname on it?. I said there?s a mistake because I paid $13. I thought it?s very simple, one of them just have to get the data outof the machine?. Nope, they looked at each other and looked at me, absolutely had no intention to get this resolved. I don?thave the time to argue with them. I thought okay, maybe I need to lose weight:). I fished the soup, started to drink coffee. Oh-o They put sugar in the coffee. To make 2/3 items wrong, that?s some talent. My biggest issue is the lack ofprofessionalism with the employees. When we talk about diversity and inclusion doesn't mean fire all the white people and hire minorities...well this Tim Hortons... seem to have done this. All of their staff are all from the same village I mean country. Going through the drive thru is likeI'm heading into a NASCAR race. They rush you all the way from start to finish "next". I hate going to this place. Customerservice means being attentive and responsive. I hope nobody experiences this because it's bad. Read more

BUG ALERT! Today I ordered a coffee and a Turkey melt in the drive-thru. Upon arrival to the window the employee seemed to be in... an unfavorable mood and didn't say a word. She then handed my coffees and I waited for an unusually long time. Then anotheremployee came to the window and handed me the sandwich. I then took a bit on the left corner of my sandwich. As I bit into it Iseen an small insect in the sandwich. Considering that we are currently in a pandemic, one might think that they would haveincreased sanitizing procedures... I am now questioning this assumption. I am not one to complain. I have worked as a cashierfor years and I understand the challenges that can arise with customer service however, this is a serious problem and the publicmust be made aware. Read more

I wanted a dark roast coffee while waiting for my truck mechanic to arrive so I dropped into this place. This restaurant is... located in the same building as Wendy?s on the south side of Eglinton Ave E. Parking can be crazy at times since there are 2drive-thru services here; one for Wendy?s and a different one for Tim Hortons. Keep alert as everyone seems to be racing to afire somewhere! Seating and restrooms are jointly shared. Order placement and fulfillment was quick and courteous. Read more
