DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely WORST Tim Horton's! They have ZERO customer service skills and are extremely rude for no apparent... reason. I have gone here a few times and they have mistaken my order adding bacon when I specifically ask to remove it becauseI'm allergic. Once I went back and mentioned that there was a mistake and meat was in my sandwich when I asked for none, theworker YELLED at me and told me it was not what I ordered. She said "well next time you need to know how to order". I knew sherepeated the order back to me earlier so I was shocked why she was being so rude and telling me essentially that I don't knowhow to order. She was continuing to argue with me and I asked for a refund. When I told her every time I come here you guys areso rude and have no customer service she told me to simply not come back! Their food is always stale and not fresh and they arenot clean what so ever. I have stopped going there even though it is 2 minutes away from my house. Something needs to be doneabout this staff. it needs to change because this is ridiculous! I hope cooperate will get involved because their behavior isdisgusting. Read more
Incredibly incompetant customer service. We paid for iced capps and baked goods and asked for two extra straws but were denied.... Upon asking again, the staff gave one straw to us with extreme hesitation and asked us to bring money next time if we want extrastraws. You are working for a multi-billion dollars corporation and you are going to cheap out at giving your customers an extraSTRAW??? Do better. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE Worst service ever OMG unbelievable disgusting behaviour from one of the staff. it?s sickening how they behave... with customers. I just witness harassment to a young lady with a toddler with her. They were screaming like animals and thewords they were using very rude and unprofessional. There was 10 people in line who witness this. They all were disgusted andashamed of the staffs. I tried to tell the staff you have no right to talk to someone like this and they replied we know how todeal with customers like you all. Absolutely horrifying customer service Staffs are extremely rude. They messed up my order and refused to remake told me to take... it or leave it ..there one women who works there has no respect for customers. Always screaming at customers she told on my facethey are never wrong and she I know how to handle customers like all of you. The management needs to fire this lady and trainthe rest. They barely speak English. What I hated the most was they all started talking in Tamil obviously talking abt me. Thereputation of Tim Hortons going down the drain. All I can say is disgusting rude people works here. They have no manners and blame the customers for their mistakes and have the... audacity to scream and argue with you. There is a tall lady who is the worst of all. I wish I knew her name. I filed a complaintto corporate. They really need to work on this location the staff here should be fired. Never going to this location again theservice is disgusting always making mistakes and rushing in drive through if you take more than 10 to 15 seconds they scream onyour face get out of car and come inside and next time don?t use drive through. WORST Tim Hortons drive thru ! The people who work here all lack customer service skills, urgency, attentiveness, cleanliness... and are just plain rude for no reason. The moment you get to the intercom, you can already sense aggression and before you canfinish your order you've already been asked 2-3 times "IS THAT IT?" . The order taker disappeared mid order so we went up to thewindow and she was already demanding payment. On top of that, the app is already annoying so it makes the whole experience anightmare with an incompetent person serving you. Go to starbucks, the extra $$ are worth it as their service is veryinter-personal. These type of interactions can make or break your day. Read more
Horrible experience. I ordered 2 veggie wraps for delivery but when i received it, there was some egg white on the wrapping... paper. Then I asked for a broccoli soup, they rather gave me chicken noodle soup. Being a vegetarian, i had to throw both thethings away. Money wasted completely. Horrible experience ever. Such a rude people. Today i went there i missed my bus twice because of this incident. I ordered... everything bagel, they gave me hash brown. after that again i went there to tell that and do correct the order again they givehash brown. No apology no concern no politeness nothing.
