I was in this Tim horton around 3:10pm today.one of the employee was ringing on the register while her gloves was on and she... went to make the order with the same gloves and she came back again and she did another transaction with the same gloves andwent to make another order with out changing her gloves.I saw her doing for third time on the register wearing the same glovesand finally I told her to change her gloves.it is realy unhealthy and the cause for the people to get sick.this company shouldteach all its employees how to run this cofee shop to properly. This is the 2nd week I am visiting this Tim?s drive thru. The service was exceptional both times. Hospitality of the guys at the... window was really exceptional. The food was also great. I don?t know the names of both the guys at the window today and lastsunday morning, but they needs to be recognized for their amazing hospitality. Great job team members. Read more
Worst location ever. I was waiting on line only for the cashier to leave me waiting while she decide to take customers on the... other side. I am giving my order eventually to a person who is refusing to reply to me because it was her first day at work. sSe wouldnt talk or even shake her head. I asked a question she was just looking a me ! Worst was the supervisor who raised hervoice to debate that she said next. I guess that's how far your customer service is extending. After all that the order was ofcourse wrong because who cares for customers. I am really eager to her what your Head Office has to say as I see there are a lotof people complaining for this location. Staff friendly, washroom unattended too. Grill machine wasn't working, no roast beef. Very busy. Tables not clean. I counted... 15 staff members behind the counter all working hard but certainly not enough space for them all. Surely one or two could bedoing housekeeping chores. Read more
I would rate negative stars if possible, only for the customer service. Highly unprofessional and unorganized persons working. I... ordered 3 farmers wrap, stood there watching the staff make my wrap. She placed cheese in two wraps and not in the third. Shewas fairly aware that she did not keep cheese for the third one. Apparently the cheese ran out and she was damn reluctant torefill it. Instead she chose to make my wrap without it! Is she paying out of her pocket to feed the customers? I have had mostly somewhat good experience but honestly, it's been going downhill fast. Can't seem to get my tea right, 1 bag... in, one on side. Then when I asked for a sleeve, (as teas are extremely hot), I got a dirty look. Then my order, (cheese teabiscuit with butter), was missed, the next two people in line behind me got their order before me, noticed they forgot mine, gotthe biscuit, toasted it and let it sit there while he stacked cheese then proceeded to make two drive through orders beforegetting to my tea biscuit. Visited yesterday around 9pm and it wasn?t full, although it took a while to have my order processed. It is not as clean as it... should be and attendants should have more training to run this place properly. My potato was not as good as the ones fromMcDonalds.
