I'm a regular customer at this location. I ordered a couple of hot beverages and a 6 pack donut for my family. As soon as I... realized the manager, Robyn, who served me gave me a wrong donut, I politely asked him to replace it with the right one. Hesimply said due to covid he couldn't take it back and ended up charging me for an extra donut that I really didn't need. Iunderstand he couldn't take it back, but at the very least he could've given the correct donut without charging me. Is this howthese businesses treat regular customers. Shame on you Tim Hortons. You should do a better job in training your employees, letalone so called, "managers". I would give it NO star rating if Google would allow it. Read more

The employees disrespecting is one thing and if you complaint about it the manager GOURAV KESHAV would call and make it sound... like you are the bad person because you complained about their employees disrespecting when you go to the store ???? Most useless tim hortons - how do you get croissant from crispy chicken sandwich - I ask for crispy chicken sandwich without the... honey sauce instead I want mayo. On 20 august 2022 incident happened at this location at 7:20 pm, my house is walking distance from this location so I go there... every single day , everyday they give a great customer service but today I had a horrible experience while buying a ice captoday I got served by a lady called Aliya ( she had no name tag so I have to ask another employee about her name) basically Iget less cream large ice cap everytime but today she made ice cap too strong there was no cream so I politely informed her shegot all aggressive and keep shouting at me and said that?s how ice caps are made and she said by looking at the ice cap Colouryou can decide either you want it or not . I am a regular customer who spent everyday $10 to $15 at this location so I shouldn?tbe getting this customer service or anyone! At the end I requested another employee to make it and he made it good one. She waskeep shouting all the time till I left the drive through. Never seen anyone aggressive like her in customer service before.Request to the head office Tim Hortons that train her how to give customer service and be little polite towards customers. Read more

The service here was bad. But when the supervisor named Aaliyah assisted me with the refund related to my food concerns, I was... surprised and glad the way she helped me with my concern and gave us complimentary drinks. She was way nicer than the otherstaff or managers we interacted with. Thank you Aaliyah, we had a good visit. Hope you can make more staff like you at thislocation! Kudos! Read more

Good customer service! - credit to the gentleman who took our order. We dined in and the guy brought us the food. He then took... our name and numbers. ( for covid reason) . He was super polite and nice! There were only two tables available for dinning in.The place was pretty clean. I enjoyed my Sunday morning break here. Read more

Customer service is great. The drive-thru is a real drive-thru, I didn't have to wait long. lol freshly baked goods and drinks.... Very clean and sanitary. Mask are required upon entering. Read more

Prepare to experience chaos in the parking lot if you decide to drop into or exit this Midland Ave location and especially if... you choose the drive-thru. There are 3 booths, 8 tables for 2 or 4 customers to sit indoors along with an ornamental fireplacewith 4 single couches; a large screen TV hangs here. A drive-thru ordering option is also available. Two staff manned orderstations but no self order option exists. Service was friendly and quick including order fulfillment. Plenty of parking duringslow times. Read more
