Barely any standing room inside, definitely stick to drive-through if you have the option. Not the worst Tims I've been to.
Twice I visited drive through, and the staff gave me wrong orders both times. Thought first time was just by chance, but the... second time it happened again. 1st time I ordered honey cruller donut, and got apple fritter. 2nd time ordered honey crullertimbits, and got glazed timbits. Also, ordered large pumpkin spiced latte, but it was not filled to the top. Coffee is prettyfresh, which was why the 2 stars. Staff also hard to understand, and takes many repeats for me to get my order across. Read more
Wrong timings, never open 24 hours for people walking in. You need a car to buy something from them after 11pm. disgusting. They... prepare drink in hurry, drinks taste weird, other branches are better then this one. Read more
As per google it was showing 24 hrs and take out open but when we went they inform us they are close and ask us to come via car... and use only drive through. Really disappointed as we were really hungry and looking for saviour Tim horton Coffee. Read more
Very bad service. 28-7-2022(night shift) i went to drive thru to get coffee for me . I clearly mentioned i need medium coffee .... The white fat lady gave me large instead of medium . She charged me for largetoo. And after that instead of apologizing she wasshowing me attitude. She should have feel sorry to me for making wrong order Read more
Really bad customer service. I placed a mobile order before 4 pm for my breakfast sandwich. When I reached the store to collect... it, they told it won?t be available after 4 pm. But it is the store?s responsibility to prepare it since they received the orderbefore 4 pm. And when I asked for the refund, again they are telling that the store has no refund policy for the mobile orders.The crew and even the team lead was not ready to help. One of the best Tim I have ever come across . Ordered a farmer's wrap at 5 am. The kitchen and the griller was not ready. But... she made a beautiful sandwich with egg , bacon and sausage. Actually I liked that one more than the original farmers wrap. Shealso gave me an additional discount. Great customer service. Thanks. Read more
It's not 24/7 for people on foot, I stood for 5 minutes outside the door at 2AM on December 1, 2022 in -2°C. I saw 3 staff... members on shift, they ignored me as if I was never there, instead they were talking to eachother. Left the store in utterdisappointment. The store should definitely take down the 24/7 store open timing for the restaurant, should clearly write storecloses after 11PM or whenever the door closes. Extremely disappointed by this Read more
