This place became so worse. This place was my go to place but since they hire new people and specially ladies working there.... Bruh! They got the attitude, first they get me wrong order and when I told them this is not what I order, she freakin rolled hereyes on me and gave me attitude. Like if you not satisfied with you job quit it then no is forcing you do. And one good thingthat since that day I stopped going to this place. The guys working there are so chill and cool but Tim Hortons work on yourladies staff. The good thing I stop going to this place, I would like to drive 10 mins away then going to this place. I understand that mornings are hard for some of us, but you should not take it out on your customers. That lady whos working at... the drive thru around 10am was giving me attitude just because i ordered the wrong coffee. The guy who made my coffee howeverwas willing to change and more than happy to do so. 5 stars for that gentleman. Read more

I have been going here since a young age, their customer service isn't the best as they tell you to hurry up. They usually run... out of doughnuts at night time which is really annoying. The drive thru line is always slow...rather go inside to order. Read more

Everytime I come to this location. They always get my order wrong. Now figured it out. It's not the person taking the order.... It's person who is making the order and chooses not to read the orders. How many times do I have to say no cheese because I amLactose intolerant. And to my surprise there is always cheese on it. Every gosh darn time. Today is Aug 09, 2022. And historyrepeats itself. It has come to the point where I have to fight back. I doubt I'll get my money back. So you can hold this 1star rating. If I could give this store a 0 I would. What makes this more annoying is that this happened inside the store. Nowfor the drive through: They want to rush us through their drive through. They get annoyed with us when we want to take the timeto look into our Tim horton bags to insure that we got the right order. They focus more on getting their low drive through time.Yet they mess up the majority of those orders. Enough is enough, train whoever it is that is not reading the order screen. Ispeak for everyone who has the same issues. It's not hard, we tell you what we want. The person who takes the order sends itoff to the person who makes the order. Now I know most of the time it's not the person who takes the order. Because I can seethe order being inputted into the computer system. Please do better Tim Hortons at Markham and nugget. ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. I pre-order on the app and ofcourse when I get to the drive thru speaker/window they tell me they don't... have that muffin, donut, cookie, bagel, bun for the burger, milk for the ice cap. You need to fire the manager at this locationbecause the inventory is not being done. I'm tired of always being disappointed and ripped off because I don't get my moneyback, instead I get something that I don't want and it's cheaper than what I paid on the app. Thanks to you I will no longer usethe app or go to your location.
