Totally disappointed, service are not appropriate as expected. We ordered everything bage toasted with butter, chocolate dipped... donut, and 2c 2s coffee, Cashier didn't use any butter paper or anything, he just grab it and put it in paper bag so allchocolate sticks inside paper bag. Bagel are too roasted and crumpled so no shape at all, I just forgot to take pictures of it.Coffee was full of cream and sugar so we wasted almost 6-7 dollars there. Severely understaffed. If you don't place your order online, you have to wait a very long time in line. Staff are overworked and... show no sense of urgency when there are many people waiting. Owner is trying to save money on this location and it shows. I'mnow late for work because of my slow Tim's order. Read more
As far as ive visited here ive had good service. I agree the line is long but food doesnt taste that bad. I got the grilled... chicken combo it was quite big and the potato wedges were good too. Coffee was very good. Overall good location quite busy somepeople have no patience thats all. Giod seating area as well. Read more
Don?t order the wraps there! There?s always egg shell in the morning wraps. I got a HAIR in my wrap. Don?t get the food there!
