Been going to this place every single day from more than a year and never had any issue. This Thursday, ordered 4 coffees and 3... croissant and a biscuit. Didn?t get one croissant so asked the cashier on window that she only gave 2 but she was like I justgave you your order. I told her you forgot to give the 3rd one but her reaction was like if I was stealing or running a scam.Her behaviour was so rude and I ended up just driving away without further explaining anything to her because her behaviour waslike I gave you your food and you are lying. My other 3 friends inside my car, told her that she didn?t give the complete orderbut she just decided to treat us like we are scamming her??????? Read more

Just ordered a step tea from drive thru around 10pm, my tea was properly cold. Further the cup was dripping from bottom which... mess up my car. Totally idiots. This was not even first time happening to me. They always mess up with the order. This locationis worst. Read more
I ordered ice coffee with extra cream and roasted hazelnut cold brew at drive thru, but they did not add cane sugar in the ice... coffee as well as no hazelut syrup and no expresso foam in the cold brew. I came in to simply order 2 apple fritters and I waited at the counter for longer than 5 minutes just to do so. There was at... least 5 people waiting in line behind me wanting to place an order themselves. There was 3 specific employees assigned strictlyto serve store front and they must've walked past me about 5 times until their manager had to step in and take orders for them.It's not like they were in training or anything. This type of workmanship is definitely frowned upon and unacceptable. Thisoccurrence has made it so I will not be visiting this particular location ever again.
