Staff should be taught about the orders. I ordered farmers egg and cheese wrap in q cheese croissant , but i got my order it was... without hash brown and chipotle sauce, when i asked about it they said you have to pay for hashbrown . I clearly mentioned in myorder that i want Farmers, Farmers mean in includes hashbrown and chipotle sauce. The front girl told Farmers sandwich stuffcant be in cheese croissant, i always use to eat like this, this is not the first time. Still i paid extra for the hashbrown. Read more

Incapable of having lunch foods ready at lunch time, shelfs empty most of the day. Taking a customers order takes 5+ minutes,... and then next in line waits while the single person serves the counter. Quite ignorant to the fact most people get 30 minutelunches and cannot be asked to wait 15 minutes for something that is supposed to be prepped. 5th time In a row. I'd rather drivethe extra 5 minutes to the next Tims then have to deal with the staff at this store. Owner needs to get a larger hot machine.But most the managers are clueless and have fallen upwards. Read more

Very nice place. I have been visiting there regularly. Staff knows my order. This new staff is very friendly and polite.... Sometimes it is very busy they show lots of patience which i really appreciate. Everything is good food quality, coffee,cleaning. Service also really fast. Morning Supervisor is really sweet. They charge for an empty cup, original setup hasn't been updated since decades probably, usually people just stick around for... the wifi & the restroom needs a serious redo. To Tim's, it's time to update everything included the staff on customer service. Read more

In last 8 years, ever first time had very bad experience early in the morning having my firs coffee. As many have left their... opinion here. Morning staff has no training for hospitality. They are denting Tim's ratings. Had my beggel not toasted properlyand when asked for a small cup to help me cool down my coffee so I can have it fast as I was hungry. And very bluntly the girlon the counter refused with very rough insulting behaviour.. Worst experience so far. Will not visit this location again.. Read more
