A new girl who works usually the night shifts on the drive thru came out extremely rude tonight. She keeps messing up orders and... takes the whole eternity to serve two cars. She literally said that, she didn't care if we had to wait for five minutes at drivethru while she serves only one car at the front. She even asked me about my ethnicity which I could never relate with my orders!Girl, if you are not happy at your job, you could always get another one, somewhere else. You don't say, you couldn't care aboutyour job while yelling at your customers. I have been working in the service industry for over two years now and it seemedextremely rude. Even once she served me sesame beagle instead of plain. Although I didn't bother, however, someone with anyallergies could get hospitalized for her lack of care. You should not be putting this woman to take orders on drive thru, notalone at night. She was yelled very harshly by the two cars that were behind me. She seems fairly new, but come on! Do not know what has happened at this place. I go to the drive thru 4x/week. 3 of the 4 items are wrong, they are out of stock.... Window staff are still friendly for the most part. Quality and food prep are awful. One day the egg had black spots. The eggsand biscuits are rubbery and or burnt. Read more
Absolutely zero amount of customer service etticate being taught and implemented here, this location is the closet location to... my home, so when I want something I come here but is a rare opportunity. Today I came here wanting to get breakfast, and I droveinto the drive through to order, the employee that took my order was very hesitant and was not trying to understand my orderwhich was very simple, I had to take a few minutes exactly to decided because the menu board was extremely bright and an eyesore, not trying to be patient she kept trying to rush my order even though no other car was behind me. I understand it can be alittle bit busy because I also work in the culinary and hospitality industry. There was no respect given to me for my time. Andwhen I asked at the window if I can add a donut to my order, I was rudely asked to go back around to the speaker box and orderagain. I was being nothing but patient and compliant. This is not the first time I had an experience with a rude employee fromhere. All there staff need to be properly trained in handling customers and providing service. Read more
