Not even worth 1 star! First time I have been here and it's the last time ever and I would not recommend anyone to visit here.... CUSTOMER SERVICE is absolutely RUDDEST EVER EXPERIENCED. Look at all the other reviews and the majority of them say the samethat the way they were spoken with absolutely rude. No professionalism whatsoever, they don't even have the common courtesy tospeak to someone politely. Absolutely disgusting, I was yelled at by the manager her name as she says is "Tina". This franchiseshould be closed down it's a shame what is being done to our proud Canadian brand of Tim Hortons. I only went to buy a cup ofcoffee and when I asked for an extra cup they were so rude and aggressive and raising their voice at me and when I asked this socalled manager why she was raising her voice at a customer she said "That's just how I talk" and she continued to get louder.SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE HONESTLY THE WORST TIM HORTONS EVER, DUE TO THE STAFF THAT HAVE NO RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM OR MANNERS OFANY KIND. I decided to come here with my family yesterday (August 31, 2022 a few minutes before 10:00 PM), and it was good at first. The... worker came up to us asking why we sat in a certain area of the place because apparently it was closed, asking us if we couldmove somewhere else. We said we?ll be leaving soon, and apologized. We left, and all we see from the windows is an angry workerscreaming at the other workers. Please tell me why you start cleaning up acting as if you?re closing at 10:00 when youliterally close at 11:00. Make it make sense. The worker was mad at us because an area of the place was closed although therewas literally an opening leading to the closed area, clearly that means it?s opened because it?s not closed!!! I, along with mydad go back inside to confront the worker, and the unprofessionalism was crazy. ?It was just a suggestion? sir, no it wasn?t.You said why did we sit here and ASKED us to move, you did not suggest it. ?Do you want me to beg on my knees and ask you tomove? said the worker. Are you serious? Nobody asked you to do that, we came in clarifying that you left an area opened, usthinking we can go through, and you?re mad at your mistake? Sorry? The worker was laughing, ?Can I not be mad?? Nobody said youcouldn?t be mad. By all means, go ahead, but be professional, and come up to us asking us to move with respect, not attitude.Luckily, a security guard came up and even admitted the worker made a mistake and they were wrong. Yet, the worker tried toprove his point but it wasn?t working! He was speechless at some times! I ordered 2 of the new chicken bowls from this location . I am so disappointed with the quantity of the bowl. I got only 2 pcs... chicken,couple spoons of rice and veggies. I ordered the bowl because I ordered it before from a different location and I likedit. This was almost the half of the amount we got from the other location. This is unacceptable . Read more

Staff is rude and LAZY. i ordered an ice cap with whipped cream and saw her putting the cream from the bag which was almost... finished. She just added a touch of whipped cream on my coffee and served. So lazy to open new packet of whipped cream to add todrink, i told them to atleast add enough to it they started arguing with me even though it was not a rush hour and there wasnobody else in the line. Firstly the staff was so rude poor customers service Secondly I ordered 4 drinks out of which latte with oat milk and 1 sugar... was not at all good and when I came back and asked the staff he said we made the right drink. I am not sure if it was made withoat milk. I drink it everyday the oat milk is more rich and this drink was so strong I will not recommend any one to visit thislocation Read more

Average franchise location. No drive through and parking is hit and miss depending how busy the mall is. Service is ok and the... food and coffee is usually fresh. Read more

My friend was running late so I dropped into Tim Hortons to warm up rather than sitting in a cold vehicle...waiting. Service... was quick and I made sure to use my Tim Hortons Rewards card too. Most of the seating was taken up by lots of neighbourhoodlocals. One even had a chess board game set up and he kept entering and exiting to have a cigarette with others just outsidethe main doorway. Good location . Staff needs years of training to understand what they are doing . The lady decided to clean the floor with a... broom while many people were sitting and the dust was the main reason for many people to leave including me. This behaviour isdangerous on the heath and specially people who have lungs or breathing issues . Owner if this Tim Horton should buy vacuummachine instead of the back-warded way of cleaning.
