This place is the worstest location I ever seen in my life I placed an order 2 times unfortunately every single time one item... was missing today when I ordered breakfast for my family when i was serving I realized some orders like bagel it's not in my bagagain I drove there after 15 minutes wasting my time & gas plus argue with manger they had a lot of attitude like they acted idid something wrong honestly very frustrating and I'm disappointed how possible every single team member working there same, badcustomer service crazy attitude even the manager without any knowledge how to talk with customer in this situation & solve theproblem, thanks God I didn't do anything wrong or asking free things, even when I asked refund my money she said because u areyelling i can't do this & she gone to the back, ARE U SEROUS?!! wow holy moly are u sure u are the Manager or someone trainingu right now? so i called Tim Hortons customer service the lady was amazing, extremely kind very patient she solved the problem Read more
I?ve ordered chilli from many locations over many years. Never have I been told that the chili only comes with half of a bun and... it is extra for a whole bun. As well the chili was terrible, it was watered down and more like soup. I will not return to thislocation. Ever. Read more
This is one of the busiest Tim Hortons in the early morning and yet the friendly staff members do their best to fill your order... and have you on your way in good time. Freshly prepared sandwiches and bagels along with freshly baked donuts and muffins giveyou a good start to your work day. Read more
This location and the parking lot get pretty busy, so it's a bit of an ordeal to park and find a seat inside. We don't typically... dine in, but more recently stopped by for a quick lunch on the way to somewhere else. The food came out relatively quickly, andit was fine, but the restaurant was quite packed and loud, so not somewhere I'd opt to hang out for a long time. That said, it'snot that different from most other popular Tim Hortons locations. The service seemed efficient when we went, which really can'tbe said of all Tim Hortons locations (some are super slow and get orders wrong all the time), so definitely a positive. Read more
This location has the worst parking. Too many intersections and easy to get dinged. There is drive through which makes for lots... of congestion in the area. Drive carefully. Read more
Why someone can?t train ppl who come to Canada what the customer service is? It looks like Canada is adjusting to the poor... service of the countries ppl are coming from. No offense to anyone. Just stating the facts everyone sees. Standing at the cashregister in front of 3 Tim Hortons employee, no other customers there. I am continually ignored by all three Tim Hortonsemployees who continue minding there business of whatever they were doing like I don?t exist or I came to watch them. I stood upuntil the staff who was cleaning the donuts display window felt uncomfortable of the ignorance of the staff behind the counterand came to ring my order. Located in a plaza on the north east side of Victoria Park Ave and Hwy 401, this Tim Hortons is very busy with lots of drop-ins... and customers using the drive-thru. I?m using my mobile app to get a free coffee for a week from a contest I recently won;extra large dark roast please! Selecting to pick up my order gave me a chance to see the inside dining area even though there?sno dine-in option available due to social-distancing rules. Service was fast and very friendly! Staff are usually friendly and quick with orders. Have been trying this location for years and the eggs (yolk) are always... overcooked to the point where the breakfast sandwiches taste unpleasant. Very rarely have meat-substitute sausages in stock. Read more
