Employees need more training, they have no idea what they are doing. It?s like they don?t know what they are selling. I ordered... the new cilantro bowl then my sister ordered the same thing. Then they told her that is not available and that they don?t haveany meat then I went there and told them I just ordered it few minutes ago and that lady to who took my order didn?t sayanything. Then now they are telling us it?s gonna be 10 mins for the chicken to be ready. It?s like they are confused anddoesn?t have any knowledge in what they are selling. Read more

Amazing coffee. Did not like Tim Horton s coffee when I tried it for the first time but now I love it. Takes time getting used... to it. It definitely is on a stronger side. Read more

Just ordered a double double from the morning side store. I didn't mention any additional note for sugar. But the crew added... diabetic (sweet n low ) without my consent. This is not how it should be.. if they are adding any alternatives for sugar theyshould ask me my consent about this. Another important point to note is the crew does not follow any safety/ hygiene standards, when I asked for tissue, one of the crews handed over the tissue with bare hand, I am not sure if this is the right way tohandle things during this pandemic time. I have been visiting this store frequently in recent days, every time I feel theservice is not upto standards. It's high time tim hortans invest on training the crews about customer service and safetystandards. Read more

Yuck what a burnt crumbs coffee The worst coffee that I have tried in my life.  and the customer service is just disgraceful.... This morning, I bought a coffee. There were lots of coffee crumbles in it.Then I called them and informed them. I really feltbad about the way they treat the customer. They said ,? You are the one complaining about it.
