Starting off with this isn?t the first time I?ve had awful service at this location. But I?ve finally had enough that I?m... leaving a review. So I went through the drive thru, ordered a sandwich, paid with points. Got home, realized it was the wrongsandwich, went back. I went inside. Service is terrible inside. They always cater to the drive thru customers and take foreverwith those inside. Finally get to the counter after about 10 minutes and only 2 people in front of me (one person working thefront counter and like 10 on drive thru) I tell them it?s the wrong sandwich, they try to tell me no that?s the right one. Umno, I know what I ordered and this is not it. Ask for it to be replaced. They said oh we?re out of the specific ingredient sothat?s why we replaced it in your sandwich. I was like well no one told me this or I wouldn?t have ordered it. And I couldn?tget a refund because I paid with points so they asked if I wanted any other sandwich. I didn?t really cuz I?m not a fan of theirother sandwiches. So I settled for one of their new chicken wraps. And shocker, they still got that wrong. They asked if Iwanted crispy or grilled chicken, I said grilled 2 times! And still got crispy. Sandwich tastes awful too, the chicken is sodry. I?m done with this location. Read more
