I went to purchase a sandwich with no cheese. When they called out the order, the lady looked at me directly and gave me the... order. I asked if it was without cheese, she didn?t respond. So I sit and take out the sandwich and realize that it had cheese.So I go back and tell her and basically she mistakenly gave it to the wrong customer but she didn?t apologize and basicallyblamed me for not knowing my own order, even though I asked if it didn?t have cheese but she didn?t even respond. She even gotupset and was arguing why she?s not in the wrong, never apologizing at all. They?re very comfortable with talking back tocustomers. Never coming back there again. Read more
Stuff is friendly but The shop smells like cooking oil.
They favour drive thru so people walking in are lined out the door. Poor customer service with only 1 til ever open. When I ask... them how they are, they don't answer. Slow workers who stand around. They have offers of food but then don't sell it saying theydont make it. I make an order and get wrong items. Read more
This is The MOST filithiest, unsanitary Tim Hortons I have ever been too from the inside to the out! From them making the food... to leaving and bumping into the numerous of addicts chilling inside the Tim Hortons and out. Definitely not a kid friendlyenvironment my 8 year old son had questions the whole time, the drink he was served spilled all over him as they didn?t evenclose the lid. 100% do not recommend for anyone to go there, if you happen to desperately need the pit stop here please makesure you watch them make your food every step of the way, shows how they prepare or serve food at their homes hoping they wouldhave proper skills in customer service to the public knowing it?s their job, what a shame the way I watched them at thislocation -terrible customer service, I do not know how they manage to stay open. I've always been a fan of Tim Hortons because you can get a decent breakfast there for under $10. I like this location in... particular because the staff there move fast and get orders ready quickly. Also, this location has never given me a burnedcoffee. Read more
