Even though the reviews are bad, I wanted to try food in their store and it was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The... lady in the front has a grumpy face all the time. think her name is "keerthana" She doesn't know how to greet people. if I askfor something I don't know she makes faces. She doesn't know how to deal with customers and once my order arrived there was amistake and I asked her to substitute that with something else and she replied in a rude way. Never has a restaurant been so consistent... at messing up orders. Tonight for example, I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and... somehow received a crunchwrap supreme. Went to this location for supper today. Ordered the Doritos tacos and upgraded my fries to a supreme. Got home with my food,... opened up the fries supreme and there is almost no meat on the fries. Maybe a fifth of what you get in a taco. I would have hadto eat one meat crumb in each bite to make it last. I went back to the restaurant and while I was talking to the cashier aboutit the two duty managers are standing back and watching. Neither would approach me to solve my issue.. Whenever I go to Taco Bell, I never expect too much so that I won't be disappointed but this Morningside location can't even... deliver the basics (good food and customer service). I placed an order online to try and save time but it ended up taking moretime thanks to the cashier, Liam. When I arrived, there was a long line of customers but then I saw a sign for online pickup.There was 1 guy in front of me and he got his order without any problems. But when it was my turn, Liam, completely ignored meand kept on taking orders from the long line of customers. If I didn't interrupt him, I would have still easily been waiting foranother 10 minutes. Terrible customer service!! My food was already cold when he handed me my order. The soft shelled tacoswere already sticking to the wrappers and my fries were spilled all over the inside of the bag. And my fries supreme had almostno meat. I paid an extra $1.35 for just sour cream and tomatoes and just 1 teaspoon of each. I asked for my order for 6:40p butgot a text message at 6:54p saying that my order was ready. What's the point of the text message if it's gonna be 14 minuteslate!? Horrible experience! Never again! CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT!!!! Unfortunately I didn't, I ate half of this, pray for me. The cheesy gordita is moldy,... whoever made it needs to be fired ASAP! This location is so frustrating for me. Every time I've gotten food from here, my order always seems to be wrong. Whether an... item is missing or the quality of the food is just not great, it's always a miss. The first time I came, I had ordered a fewbean burritos through the drive thru. By the time I got home, and tried them, they were not what I was used to. The beans weredry, there was no cheese and hardly any sauce or onions. I had gotten 5 burritos and all of them were like this. When I calledto complain the manager just replied "This is the way we make them, we only put one scoop of onions in" They did not apologizeor even offer to replace them. I had to really beg for them to even give me some replacement burritos. When I went back lessthan a week later to redeem my replacement burritos, they told me that I wasn't allowed to do it through the drive thru, and Icould only do it by going inside the store. I reluctantly went inside and placed my order in addition to some other items. Igot the Double Quesarito Box Deal, 3 orders of cheese fries and a 6pc Chicken Tenders Box from the KFC side. When I got home, Irealized that they forgot to add cheese to one of the fries and that the KFC tenders were definitely smaller than last time.They were actually the size of my finger, and on top of that they were stale and hard.
