Have been a loyal customer for years and will not use this location again. Spent over $60 and was total unsatified with one of... the combos. Ordered 2 club wraps and 1 was great. When i opened the other one there was next to no chicken in the wrap. When icalled the store to complain spoke with the Manager Danny and explained the situation and i wanted a refund. When i arrived atthe store was not even offered a complimentary wrap for my time or their inept service. Not even an apology. I really thinkthey should treat their customers with respect instead of serving substandard food without saying sorry. Wouldn't give anystars but app wont let me give zero. Buyer beware Read more
Ordered ahead for take out. It wasn't ready when I got there but customer service was good. ..ambience was great! It was clean... and modern with a nice autumn vibe. The food tasted good. One of the best interior decorated Swiss Chalet restaurants that Ihave ventured into.. will return. Read more
Happy Thanksgiving. I've never had a worse delivery experience in my life. Tried to give zero stars, but have to give 1. Order... online at 4:45. There is a scheduled delivery for 6:30. I then call store and mention I'd like to update phone number onaccount. Claudio answers and tells me "Does it really matter. You'll get your order". I mention that there are multiple doors atplace and they essentially shrug it off instead of quickly taking update down. 7:20 comes and order shows as "being prepared"since 5:00. They mention no time guarantee and said call back in hour if not delivered. Still nothing after an hour, so at leastthey were nice enough to give a credit. They say they'll escalate and I'll get in 30 minutes or to call back. Still nothing at8:55, so I call back and no change to status. I ask to speak to store and then it rings to go to attendant 3 times with noanswer, so I cancel order at 9:10. Will never ever order online or go to this location in person after this horrible experience. Read more

I?ve been to this location a few times. The server is always amazing her name was Cristina, she?s alway so kind and... knowledgeable about the menu and suggested a few dishes. November 3, 2021 It's beginning to taste a lot like Chrismas ????!! Yep - it's that time of year again and the Festive Dinners... are back and just as good as ever! I did eventually add butter and sour cream to my baked potato, and the mixed veggies were anadded side. Far too good to not go at least twice more before the big day! July 15, 2021 Won't take away any stars fornow... Ordered through Skip the Dishes: This time I decided to try the crispy chicken as an add on to my caesar salad. Had Iknown it would just be cut up pieces of chicken strips (which is not indicated on the menu), I would have chosen the rotisseriechicken instead. The chicken strip pieces got soggy when tossed in the salad with the dressing then salty as they becamecold. The chicken spring rolls were delicious but there is no option to choose an alternative sauce. I would have preferred aspicier wing sauce - not the standard, sweet plum sauce. Good food, fast service, until the cheque. While paying with scene points, my phone was taken for a trip around the restaurant,... had my notes app opened and had a random amount of scene points redeemed. Once given my phone back and paid the rest in full,was accused of dining and dashing even after leaving a 20% cash tip. Read more
