Really good experience. Full stop. I want to personally thank Wendy and the team for our dinner. Despite coming last minute... they welcomed us in no questions asked. Introduced us to the Thanksgiving dinner, which is now going to be a an annualevent. +1 for providing the cranberry sauce on lettuce. This location is by far and above a BIG STANDOUT in terms of food quality, service, dining room appearance and the overall Swiss... Chalet experience. I am a big fan of Swiss Chalet, but some of the restaurants are a big miss in terms of the above. Cara shouldmake note of this location and work to replicate it across the board. I will be a regular returning customer here. Thislocation is the best I have visited and everyone who works here clearly takes pride in providing the best service and foodpossible. Extra points as we arrived 5 minutes to close (at 9 pm) and they still provided an excellent experience! I wassurprised to learn that it is a franchise and not a corporate location just because of how well-run and pleasant it is. Thedining room is very well done, modern and very cozy as well! This location was the best managed of all other Swiss Chalet franchises I have visited. The decor was updated, very comfortable,... the service from all staff was perfect, and the place was impeccable. The food was super fresh and tasty, from the chicken tothe salads. This location should win an award for best service! Would I eat here again? In a heartbeat, yes! Read more

We were travelling through Toronto and wanted to find a restaurant where we could meet my brother who I had not seen for three... years. He chose this restaurant as a place to meet. It was lovely and clean. Our waitress Monika was attentive and excellentfor all our needs. As well, the hostess, Wendy was very kind and attentive. Our food was on time and cooked extremely well. We haven?t been to this place for almost 7 years and it?s always well managed and best customer service in all of Swiss chalet I... have been to. The best ribs you will find in any Swiss Chalet is at that branch. They rub very easily from the bones and wellseasoned. ???????? Read more
