Terrible Experience. Would NOT recommend. I used to order Chicken Poutine here but for the last 2 visits, I had a terrible... experience. For the first visit, I ordered the usual Chicken Poutine and they didn't ask if we want bacon on it. They ended upcharging us for extra stuff we didn't want. The worst experience was just today. I ordered the Chicken Poutine AGAIN but thistime, they seemingly forgot the most Important ingredient, the CHICKEN. I ordered it as a takeout and only realized it wasmissing from the Poutine when I arrived home. By that time, the restaurant is already CLOSED so naturally, I can't do anythingnor get the refund back. This is ridiculous. Never coming back. Read more
From the minute walked in service was horrible. Restaurant was empty and still took a while to get served seated. Employees were... on their phone. One guy from kitchen had call them two times for them to leave thier phones to seat us. After taking our ordersit was around 7 30 they told us we has till 8pm. The Google time said 10 pm. The lady who was serving us was didn't seem to careabout doing her job. Took the orders one of which was a hearthy veggie pot pie. What came was chicken the person was with wasveggiterian. The lady said oh they ran out of veggie so they gave you chicken. When in fact she wrote it down wrong.how I knowis because after she went into kitchen a while after came back with a veggie pot pie which was rushed because inside of it wascold. She flat out tried blame kitchen staff. On top of that we each had breads with our meal she gave us one butter. When askedfor more she got it but kinda just threw it on table. And we wernt done eating as yet and she kept bugging us to pay. I said wealmost done we don't wana handle money while eating. She said she needed It to be done. I would never go back to this locationever. And unless you want get sick from half cooked food. And be treated like a bother and then rushed I'd say keep away fromthis place. I waited 1/2 hr to be served and for the meal to arrive. The roast beef dinner was COLD and not presented as advertised (more... like a stack of shaved beef). Waited another 15 minutes for a replacement. Had to call out for the waitress to bring a bill. Onecouple also waited 1/2 hr to place their order. Two waitstaff sadly overworked, but that does NOT excuse the cold dinner. Willchoose another location next time. Disgusted. Read more

I hadn't been to a Swiss chalet in over 20 years and I definitely remember why!!! The food was awful!!! The supposed mashed... potatoes tasted like plastic, my husband's ribs were cold and my chicken wrap was dry and tasteless!!! Will never eat at anySwiss chalet EVER again!!!!! Read more
Traded my scene points for a $50 dine card and ordered deluxe family pack. Only paid $0.84 for it. Can?t complain. Lots of food... and tasted alright. ???????????????? Read more
