I visited this location a few days ago for the first time in a while. The food was what you?d typically expect from Subway,... fresh bread & ingredients, but what stood out during the experience was the exceptional customer service. Ashish, the sandwichartist working, was extremely pleasant, efficient, professional and friendly. As someone who has both worked and managed severalsimilar fast food chain restaurants, I not only recognize & appreciate such exceptional customer service, but I also feelinclined to review/bring to management?s attention an employee who is doing a fantastic job. Bad looks from the staff while inside. Got this as a sub:
Word of advice to the proprietor ... don't wait for the white bread to run out before you put more in the oven. Having no white... bread at 9 in the morning is ridiculous. And I wasn't going to hang around for the 45 minutes they told me it would take for thenew bread to be ready. Read more

Don't go after 10 I just went got a blt I asked for It toasted he said they can't cause after 10 they shut off the fountain pop... and only the grill on just ate some bacon it wasn't cooked properly and now I'm sick cause they wanted to grill the bacon for aminute instead of throwing the bacon in the toaster like they usually do Read more

I have been going here for years but I will not be going there again. Why? I was there last night and they have put set tips... into their debit machines starting at 3.97. Now if I choose to tip -based on the service I get - I and I alone get todetermine the amount I am going to tip. I did not tip because they did not get my order right as I ordered 1 - 12 in sub butinstead received 2 so instead of making a fuss I bought the 2 subs but refused to tip. This system of expecting a tip iscrass and very low class for businesses. I wonder are you expecting teens and young children to tip bc the way your store isset up it certainly looks it! Read more
