Worst service I got from this location. I order via SkipTheDishes footlong veggie delite and when I received the order there is... no lettuce on 1 half when the order has no modifications and when I call at the store the person is very rude. Ordered via app and they were out of the bread, avocado, chips and cookies (took other kind but were stale). Subs were missing... cheese and were not toasted. Subs looked like there were squished - not pleasant experience at all. Lady working was nice butnever ordering or going to this location again! Worker even complained about the store manager - that says a lot! Avoid at allcosts! Read more

Inhumane management, Yesterday, I told my friend my order number and asked him to fetch sandwiches for me. But when my friend... came home, I found that the stuff had forgotten my drink. I immediately called the store. The store also said that they hadforgotten, but they could not refund my drink money. I have ordered two footlongs via subway mobile app. It was not ready after 17 minutes. Guy started working on it after 5-7... minutes after I reached there. There were 3-4 people in line. Very bad experience since due to short staff. Once he startedpreparing, it was toasted and grilled. Guy refused to grill it saying he can?t since already grilled. He was rushing and notpreparing as per order. When I argued, he angrily put under machine and didn?t put properly. Instead bread, half of thevegetables were grilled. Then I had to refuse him and tell not to grill otherwise he would have done same for other. Placedorder online and still had to wait. I was there to pick up a mobile order and the female worker said I need to ask another worker who's serving a client at the... moment. I told her at least 3 times that it's a mobile order and I could see my sandwich right on the table, yet she justrefused to hand it over to me. Excuse me, but was I not speaking English? You were the one who was wearing the subway uniformand did you expect me to pick it up myself? This is the worst subway location I've ever been to, and I certainly don't intendto ever come back. Small subway in the mall, nothing special. It is usually the least busy fast food in the food court.
