I love this Starbucks because the staff are some of the friendliest. We order here fairly often throughout the week in the... mornings and over the last few weeks we've just been noticing some inconsistency with their drinks. We don't often switch up ourdrink order, and almost every time it tastes so different. There was even a time when we've received our drink with no espressoin it (just steamed milk) or the drink is filled 3/4 of the way. It's not to say I won't be coming here anymore, we love tosupport our local SB and I love how sweet and friendly the staff are. I just hope they can keep their drinks consistent. Read more
Cozy place inside Scarborough town center. Parking at the mall.. service is fast. Price is same as other Starbucks location. No... chair to sit inside though. But there are few by the hallway of the mall. Love to buy Starbucks drinks price is ok for thequality. Read more
The absolute most welcoming team of any Starbucks hands down. Their enthusiasm and energy is contagious. I was in the store... twice in a 2 hour period. They remembered my name. I want to thank Norman, Ezekiel and Jatin. They made my day. Read more

Very bad service?I order cookie crumble mocha. They gave me a thicker straw so I asked for the thinner one because the straw was... not fitting through the lid.One of their employees instead of helping me yelled at me and poured my drink in a bigger containerby snatching it from my hand destroying the whole drink. She ruined my whole mood. They do not even have the courtesy ofapologizing. Read more
The second Starbucks location inside STC! This one is a bit smaller, but the customer service here is great! Our cashier, Vish... made some great recommendations and provided such great customer service overall. I ended up choosing the Pumpkin Cream ColdBrew and it was so delicious! Read more
First time in this location. Small shop but speedy service. Wasn?t too crowded and were super friendly.
