This morning I wanted to try a new beverage(I opt for the basic Pink Drink normally?), and I am Starbucks stupid, so I asked for... help from the really nice lady who took my order and she suggested her favourite (which turned out amazing tbh) She was so kind,and so lovely and I really appreciate how kind she is. Ordered 3 drinks on mobile order at 408pm, arrived 5 minutes later to wait for my order. Saw many orders fulfilled even ones... that ordered after I arrived at the counter. Only difference is mine was multiple drinks and others were single orders. Iwatched as every order was called by name. I finally asked a barista and they said my order was here and they proceeded to grabmy order. Why not call my name? It's not hard to say, instead have me wait almost 20 minutes. I left the store and gave it tokids, they noticed no whipped cream on the frap even though it clearly says "with whipped cream" on the app order. So I wentback to add the whipped cream. Time when it was all said and done 437pm. Spending 30 minutes just to get my drinks right makesme wonder why I keep going to Starbucks. Read more
I ordered three drinks through mobile this morning two minutes before I entered the store. Right when I entered they asked for... my name and the drinks were ready in seconds. Very fast and efficient. Their customer service is also extraordinary. Especiallyone of the girls, she noticed that I ordered three drinks and asked if I needed a tray to which I said just a bag. She put twoof my drinks in a bag with a tray for me. I don?t know but for me this was the first time a Starbucks location actually packedthe drinks in a proper tray bag for me. At the other locations I have to ask for a tray or bag to which they just give me formyself to put the drinks in. 10/10 customer service. Very friendly and caring environment. Read more
This location is always courteous, friendly, efficient and just amazing in general.

I was just there today (Oct 29) around 11:45am and I just wanted to comment on Alexander's service. He was training someone and... took the time to let me know they were working on my order and also asked me about my weekend. I didn't wait very long for mydrink, but he made it feel like I didn't wait at all just by engaging in a little conversation. Great service ???? Read more
