I paid $11 for my drink and it wasn?t even made correctly. I told the cashier I wanted something specifically in my drink and... they didn?t make it. When I told the barista, she said I?d be charged extra. I didn?t have a problem with that but she told me Iwould have to wait in the in the huge line up again. When I ordered I waited 15 minutes in line. When I got my drink it tastedawful. I also asked them one time for a cup of ice water and they said it?s a dollar? There?s no other Starbucks that chargesfor a cup of iced water. Worst Starbucks ever. Horrible customer service. If I could give it no stars then I would. Bozos. Read more
I would say the cashier lady is really nice and like a usual starbucks experience (greetings and asking names), but the barista,... the one who makes the coffee is just ignorant and doesn't even care and with no spirit. I have been there multiple times and ithas always been like this. After the barista lady finished making the coffee she would just throw it on the desktop withoutsaying your name and noticing you the coffee is done. Feels like she does not really care about the job and just wanna get thisover with. She really needs some proper trainings... Read more

This Starbucks is pretty good and maintains the standards like most other retail locations across the city. The service is quite... slow during peak times: you may wait more than 10 minutes for your drink, and most of the people working there are new hires, soyou may wait a little longer than usual (which is fine for me, since I don't go when there is a rush). Be sure to confirm yourorder verbally before paying. Many food options, but some of their prepackaged goods are super expensive. I believe it is alittle more expensive than other Starbucks locations. For example, a bag of apple chips (snack size) was $4.55. Also, they donot let you collect points unless you pay using your Starbucks card. This is a downside for people who choose to pay with theircampus cards (meal plan or TBucks). This is unlike the Tim Hortons on campus, where you can collect/redeem points while payingwith your campus card. Otherwise, it's a pretty good spot that I usually go to on campus for drinks! Staff is very nice, but starbucks giving them only two cashiers at a university is not efficient. Tim hortons have three... cashiers and it's faster. They should open up a third cash. I waited in line for 15 minutes and that's too much. Read more
Usual a long line up during the school year, but the drinks are great and tasty. Expect to pay at least $5 for a coffee or... specialty beverage. Service can be slow or fast depending on the staff working that day. Read more
First time here at this Starbucks location. The Service was unfriendly, this server should not be in the hospitality business... but should try US army military -hostility! I am an avid coffee drinker, I drink it black and unsweetened, I prefer the darkroasts, the coffee was stale, seemed to be in their urn for an long time because condensation may have occurred plus the redlight on the urn was flashing, the coffee was not very hot had grinds floating on top. I noticed the Pastry Case was a mess,disheveled with crumbs and fruit flies. This Sbux store was not very busy at the time when I came in, I do not understand whyit was in this condition, may be summer holidays - slow or servers having a bad day. I did not bother to exchange my drinkbecause of the unfriendliness of the server and disappointed with the untidy conditions of this location. This Starbucks islicensed to University of Toronto Scarborough catering company, this catering company may also own other food establishment in Uof T Scarborough Campus food court. Therefore if it is a Licensed Starbucks enterprise you will neither receive the reward orbenefits with your Starbucks Card nor with your Teavana Card.
