This Store at the Kennedy Commons isn?t particularly very clean. Staff is kind of reluctant, trash bins are overflowing. Overall... just lacks the premium feel of a Starbucks store. Not going there again. Read more
Used to be better. The new baristas are less friendly and less knowledgeable. I asked about the difference between latte and... flat white. The barista looked confused and went to read the manual for a couple minutes then came back with a reply that oneuses whole milk the other skimmed milk. Read more
The staff here is really nice and friendly. Lots of seating and comfortable little chill spot. You can go directly from there... into Chapters. Read more

Awesome service if you come in early and don't have to wait in line. We ordered a venti cascara latte and a matcha frappuccino.... They took out order and specification correctly and our drinks were made in record time. We ask for soy instead of milk and halfsweet in our latte. The store was quite busy after we finished our drink. If you go before 10, the portion leading to indigo isclosed off. Read more
A cozy place. Very cool to have a fireplace, couches, high tables, and lower tables. You can read the books from Chapters if you... wanted without having to buy it. The menu itself is the average-menu. Good service though. The only reason a 4-star is thewifi! Not the best wifi I have used, but works with lag. Read more
