I should not need to wait 10 min for a small ice coffee. I hope the owner read this because you got to understand this is a... store in school ground. Everyone has place to be on certain time. You cannot hire a employee who takes their sweet time as acustomer waiting for a single coffee. If you do not want to lose business get a better employee or train them better. Nicecoffee though. Really bad service rude staff

Though all the items sold there are good but service provided by staff is really bad.

They need to open more cafe

I literally never have a nice drink from them. Their coffee are not great but pretty expensive. Like you pay $4 for an iced cold... brew coffee. The coffee was so sour and I had to add like 4 bags of sugar + milk but It is still very tasteless. Bigdisappointment. I only choose them because dealing with the long line at Tim hortons on campus is just too much for me. Staffsseem nice though. Read more
